Government Computing 2003

I'm going to be away for most of next week as I'm giving a talk at the Government Computing 2003 conference. I've been asked to talk about Open Source software: what it is, how it works and the opportunities for the public sector. Basic stuff, but it's going to be a chance to get OS in front of some big players in Scottish government and the public sector.

I'm going to try and keep this place updated with how things are going and maybe get some photos up (depending on the connection at the hotel) from the conference and around Edinburgh.

The conference takes place at the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh on the 4th and 5th of November and is free to the public and not-for-profit sector.
