Went to see The Ring last night, which was okay, not as good as Ringu, but when has Hollywood ever done a remake that was as good as the original? Well, Oceans 11 I suppose, but the Brat Pack version of that was shite so that doesn’t count.
Also checked out a new restaurant/bar near me called the Pour House (punny name). Nice little place, with some really good food. Very impressive drinks menu too, I can see a drunken Saturday on the cards in the not too distant future.
Oh… and I died my hair red. Well tried to, but given how dark my hair is and the fact I probably didn’t leave the dye on long enough it’s come out as a kind of rust colour. It’s okay, but not quite what I was hoping for. Purple next I think.

Films, food and fucked up hair
